Boarding Requirements
Booking in
Please phone to discuss our chalet availability as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and ensure a mutually convenient booking.
Vaccination / Neutering
All cats boarding are required to have been vaccinated against feline upper respiratory disease – known as ‘cat flu’ - and feline infectious enteritis, another highly contagious disease. Vaccinations should be boosted annually and should be done, at the latest, 3 weeks before your cat is to be boarded. For hygiene reasons all male cats must be neutered. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat without up-to-date vaccination records.
General Health
We have a responsibility to each of our boarding cat’s owners to ensure that their cat’s stay with us is not hindered by a developing illness or risk of infection from another therefore, whilst we are prepared to board most cats including those on medication, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat that’s health is suspect following our own examination. We also require you to provide the contact details for your regular vet to cover all eventualities.
What to pack for your cat
- Up-to-date record of vaccination

We reserve the right to make a charge of £15 if notice of your cancellation is received less than 5 days prior to the start of your booking.
