How can I check on my cat during their stay?

We understand that you may want to check in that's why we provide regular updates and photos, so you can see how your cat is doing.

Why am I being charged for a full day?

Your cat will remain in their chalet until you pick them up. This is in their best interest as it is important they remain happy and comfortable. 

My cat is diabetic is that a problem?

At Penlan Cattery we accept cats with health issues. And are happy to administer medication at no extra charge.

Can I get a refund if I come home early?

No sorry. The chalet has been allocated to you for the length of time you requested. 

Can my cats stay in separate rooms instead of sharing?

Yes, you are more than welcome to book 2 chalets however, you will be charged accordingly. 

My cat has a special diet. Can you accommodate their needs?

Absolutely. At Penlan Cattery, we understand that every cat is unique and has different dietary requirements. That's why we are happy to prepare and serve wet, dry and raw diets as you request.
